Like many insurance agencies, Western Agency, Inc. is heavily involved in the
writing of personal insurance. Unlike many other agencies, we approach it
much like farm and commercial coverage. Today's homeowners seem in many
cases to be involved in many things. Whether it is a lake cabin,
snowmobiles, boats, motorcycles, a gun or jewelry collection, a child away at
college, or a blanket umbrella liability policy. There are so many things
that need special attention on personal insurance. Remember, very seldom
are these things automatically covered. In this day of calling a toll free
number to purchase coverage, so many times things get left out. You the
client are not an insurance expert, and many times neither is the person at the
end of the telemarketers phone line. In many cases this "expert" may not
even be a licensed agent. We take the position that you must sit down
periodically with your agent and to be sure you have all of your property
correctly insured. Many times it costs only a few more dollars to be
adequately covered. Remember the price of the policy is not what you will
